We are a small company with a big reputation, dedicated to achieving the best possible result for employers and candidates. Our goal is always to build long term relationships with our clients and our candidates.

About Lloyd Barnes

Lloyd Barnes Accountancy Recruitment was launched in 2004 by Mark Lloyd and Alison Vaughan who identified a need for a different approach to financial recruitment in the South West.

They had both worked extensively in financial recruitment for larger national firms but believed that a small company developing long term partnerships with clients and offering honest and practical advice to candidates, would provide a much better service.

The company enjoyed immediate success, quickly building a solid client base and an enviable reputation for successful placements. Two out of every four applicants shortlisted by Lloyd Barnes, are interviewed. And 85% of those interviewed are offered a position.

Our sister company Lloyd Barnes Recruitment was launched in January 2017 and specialises in professional office based recruitment. It is managed by Clive Perry who has over 25 years' experience within this sector.
